This is a one day excursion trip to Asni and Imlil . After breakfast we will drive you 2 hours to get to Asni and Imlil you can hike thru the Berber village up to the Kasbah or take a donkey up to the top. Here is the famous Kasbah Toubkal where the movie “Seven years in Tibet” and “Kundun” was filmed, … this was the Monastery. You can have lunch here and enjoy the incredible view of the mountains. The highest top is the Toubkal 4164m, which is also the highest mountain in North Africa. This Kasbah is a favorite place for many hikers, who like to explore the Atlas mountains. You can visit a Berber family and be invited into their homes for some Peppermint tee, the traditional drink of the Berbers, and Moroccons.
